Description
This crack is performed by starting an upward arcing motion, then reversing it to force a loop into the whip
Pre-Requisites
Post-Requisites
How To
- Start with the whip laying out behind you
- With your palm facing forward, gently swing the whip forward and up
- You want the whip's motion to stall out in front of you
- Just before your arm is level with the ground, stop it's upward movement
- Even though your arm motion stops, allow your wrist to bend upward to continue the whip's motion
- Rotate your wrist so the handle of your whip makes an arc, back down and around in a circle
- The crack should happen alongside or behind you
