Description

The whip is tossed overhead where it spins, and then is caught.

This trick was invented by Todd Rex (citation needed).

Pre-Requisites

Sidearm Flick

Post-Requisites

How To

  1. Perform a Sidearm Flick
  2. Immediately after the crack, launch the whip into the air, allowing the thong to continue its rotation
  3. The whip will make one full rotation overhead
  4. Catch the whip
  5. The motion of the whip makes going into a forward body wrap as a follow up very easy
