Description
A multi-crack pattern where the whip is swung back and forth and cracks in each direction.
Pre-Requisites
- Cattleman's Crack
- Reverse Cattleman's Crack
- Slow Figure Eight
- Fast Figure Eight
Post-Requisites
- Cross-body Volley
- Overhead Volley
- Arrowhead
- Volley (Behind the back)
How To
- Start with a Fast Figure Eight
- Instead of following through on the second crack, treat the handle like a windshield wiper and flip it back forwards again
- After getting a crack in front, do the second crack of the fast figure eight again
- Repeat
- The volley can be a very difficult move to learn. Here are some tips:
- If the whip is hitting you, adjust your wrist angle so it passes by you
- Move your hand in a slight figure eight motion to help guide the whip
- It can be helpful to learn the volley using a whip with a longer handle, like a stock whip
