Description
The behind the back volley (BtB volley) is exactly like it sounds: its a volley done with your arm behind your back. It's important to note that the actual "volley" portion of the BtB volley cracks predominantly on your opposite side, similar to a cross body volley. The difference is that in the BtB volley, your arm is behind your back rather than in front of you.

How To
It is highly recommended that you stretch and warm up before attempting this move.
- Swing the whip around behind you and put your arm as far behind your back as it will go
- Poke your hand and the whip out on your opposite side
- Twist your wrist back and forth while doing a small figure 8 motion to get the volley going on your opposite side
