Description
The Queensland Crossover (single-handed) is a two crack pattern consisting of an Overhead crack and a Reverse Overhead crack. This pattern gets its name from the two-handed routine of the same name, where both hands do the two crack pattern to create an 'X' shape (hence crossover).

- Reverse Overhead Crack
Post-Requisites
How To
- Do an Overhead Crack
- Follow through to set up for the reverse overhead crack
- Do a Reverse Overhead Crack.
- Follow through to set up for the overhead crack again
- Repeat
