Description
The whip is tossed overhead where it spins, and then is caught.
This trick was invented by Todd Rex (citation needed).

How To
- Perform a Sidearm Flick
- Immediately after the crack, launch the whip into the air, allowing the thong to continue its rotation
- The whip will make one full rotation overhead
- Catch the whip
- The motion of the whip makes going into a forward body wrap as a follow up very easy
