Description
Using the same rotational motion as the Overhead Reverse, this might be seen as just a timing variation. Instead of cracking in front of you, this will will crack behind you.
Warning Safety glasses are strongly encouraged when learning this technique. While learning any new whip crack, proper safety equipment is strongly encouraged. This crack can be especially dangerous as the crack will be coming right back towards your face.

How To
- Start with the whip laying across in front of you with the cracker pointing towards your off hand side
- Swing the whip outward and behind you, with your palm facing upward
- Once the whip is moving you can make multiple rotations overhead until you're ready to crack the whip
- When the handle is pointing across to your off hand side and just before you need to roll your wrist over to complete the rotation, pause your swing
- Allow the whip to continue around your head until the cracker has passed your center line
- Snap your wrist backward and point the handle behind you, keeping your palm facing up
- The whip will travel over your head and crack behind of you
