Description
This is essentially a Cross Body Slow Figure Eight but without the follow though for the 2nd crack. You might also think of it as replacing the 2nd crack with a crossbody backward overhand flick.

- Just as your whip cracks, pull your hand backwards and rotate your wrist downward
- The handle will point backwards and the whip will crack behind you
