Queensland Crossover

Description

The Queensland Crossover (single-handed) is a two crack pattern consisting of an Overhead crack and a Reverse Overhead. This pattern gets its name from the two-handed routine of the same name, where both hands do the two crack pattern to create an 'X' shape (hence crossover).

How To

  1. Do an Overhead Crack
  2. Follow through to set up for the next crack crack
  3. Do a Reverse Overhead crack.
  4. Follow through to set up for the first crack again
  5. Repeat
