Description

This basic combination is nothing more than Fast Figure Eights with both arms

How To

The easiest version of this routine is in Same Time as follows

  1. Both hands perform a Cattleman's Crack
  2. Just as your whips cracks, pull your hands backwards and turn your wrists upward
    1. The handles will point backwards and the whips will crack behind you

Alternate Rhythms

This pattern can be done in Same Time, Staggered Time, Each Way, or Each Way Staggered.
