Description

This is essentially a Cross Body Slow Figure Eight but without the follow though for the 2nd crack. You might also think of it as replacing the 2nd crack with a crossbody backward overhand flick.

  1. Perform a Cross Body Reverse Cattleman's Crack
  2. Just as your whip cracks, pull your hand backwards and rotate your wrist downward
    1. The handle will point backwards and the whip will crack behind you
