Description

In this combination you will sandwich a Fast Figure Eight with one arm between the cracks of a Slow Figure Eight on the other arm, swapping the patterns between hands for each iteration.

  1. Start the Slow Figure Eight on the left
  2. After the first crack, do the two cracks of your Fast Figure Eight on the right
  3. Finish your Slow Figure Eight
  4. Start a new Slow Figure Eight but with your right hand
  5. After the first crack, do the two cracks of your Fast Figure Eight on the left
  6. Finish your Slow Figure Eight
  7. Repeat
