  1. With your arm across your belly, start with the whip laying out straight behind you on your off hand side
    1. The handle of your whip should be in a straight line with the thong of the whip
  2. Draw the whip forward keeping the handle pointing backwards
    1. Lead the motion with the back of your wrist
  3. At the end of your reach snap the wrist forward so the whip handle is pointing towards your imaginary target
    1. Try to keep the handle level with the ground as you snap it forward
