Description

The Skip Over is a two-handed pattern that happens in front of your body. It comprises of two cracks, a throw over the arm, two more cracks, and another throw over the arm. It was invented by Justin Bereczki of Canada.

How To

  1. Start with both whips on the ground in front of you, pointing to the left.
  2. Swing your right hand in a large circle, counter-clockwise.
  3. When your right hand begins to come down, throw the whip in your left hand around your right arm.
  4. Catch the left whip and immediately do a Cattleman's Crack
  5. Do a Reverse Cattleman's Crack in your right hand
  6. Now, both whips should be on the ground in front pointing in the other direction. To complete the routine, you need to do the same thing again going the opposite way.
