Description
The slow helicopter is a two crack pattern that happens over your head while the whip is parallel with the ground. It consists of a Overhead Backwards crack, a swing of the whip, and a Reverse Overhead Backwards crack. The slow helicopter is the first stage in the two handed routine Ben's Helicopter.

- Swing the whip in a circle
- Stop your hand when your wrist is fully extended with your palm facing forward
- Change directions for a [Reverse Overhead Backward]] crack
- Swing the whip in a circle

- Repeat
