Description
The Skip Over is a two-handed pattern that happens in front of your body. It comprises of two cracks, a throw over the arm, two more cracks, and another throw over the arm. It was invented by Justin Bereczki of Canada.
Pre-Requisites
- Slow Figure Eight in each hand
Post-Requisites
- Skip under
- Skip around the back
- Crazy 88
- 332
- 33325
How To
- Start with both whips on the ground in front of you, pointing to the left.
- Swing your right hand in a large circle, counter-clockwise.
- When your right hand begins to come down, throw the whip in your left hand around your right arm.
- Catch the left whip and immediately do a Cattleman's Crack
- Do a Reverse Cattleman's Crack in your right hand
- Now, both whips should be on the ground in front pointing in the other direction. To complete the routine, you need to do the same thing again going the opposite way.
