Description
The Overhead Volley is exactly as it sounds: a volley that is done over your head. It can be done two ways: overhanded or underhanded. In either case, the volley happens horizontally and should be close to parallel with the ground. What makes this technique so difficult is that you are essentially doing a volley and fighting gravity at the same time.
