How To
- With your arm across your belly, start with the whip laying out straight behind you on your off hand side
- The handle of your whip should be in a straight line with the thong of the whip
- Draw the whip forward keeping the handle pointing backwards
- Lead the motion with the back of your wrist
- At the end of your reach snap the wrist forward so the whip handle is pointing towards your imaginary target
- Try to keep the handle level with the ground as you snap it forward
