This is a variation of the [[Sydney Flash]] where an extra crack is added before the [[Cattleman's Crack]].

===How To===
# Start with an [[Overhand Flick]]
# Directly after the flick, do the second crack of the [[Fast Figure Eight]]
# Perform an [[Underhand Flick (bowling)|Underhand Flick]] 
# Let the whip continue overhead and finish with a [[Cattleman's Crack]]
## These last two cracks together are also known as [[Cow and Calf (whoosh bang)]]
