Description

This crack is performed by starting an upward arcing motion, then reversing it to force a loop into the whip

Pre-Requisites

Post-Requisites

How To

  1. Start with the whip laying out behind you
  2. With your palm facing forward, gently swing the whip forward and up
    1. You want the whip's motion to stall out in front of you
  3. Just before your arm is level with the ground, stop it's upward movement
    1. Even though your arm motion stops, allow your wrist to bend upward to continue the whip's motion
  4. Rotate your wrist so the handle of your whip makes an arc, back down and around in a circle
  5. The crack should happen alongside or behind you
