Description

The slow helicopter is a two crack pattern that happens over your head while the whip is parallel with the ground. It consists of a Backwards Overhead Crack, a swing of the whip, and a Reverse Backwards Overhead Crack. The slow helicopter is the first stage in the two handed routine Ben's Helicopter.

How To

  1. Do a Backwards Overhead crack
  2. Swing the whip in a circle
  3. Stop your hand when your wrist is fully extended with your palm facing forward
  4. Change directions for a Backwards Reverse Overhead crack
  5. Swing the whip in a circle
  6. Stop your hand when your wrist is fully extended with you palm facing backwards
  7. Repeat
