The Queensland Crossover (single-handed) is a two crack pattern consisting of an Overhead crack and a Overhead Reverse. This pattern gets its name from the two-handed routine of the same name, where both hands do the two crack pattern to create an 'X' shape (hence crossover).
- Do an Overhead Crack
- Follow through to set up for the next crack crack
- Do a Overhead Reverse or a Sidearm Flick.
- Adam Winrich describes this motion as a side arm flick, Justin Bereczki calls it an Overhead Reverse
- Follow through to set up for the first crack again
