Description

The Queensland Crossover (single-handed) is a two crack pattern consisting of an Overhead crack and a Reverse Overhead crack. This pattern gets its name from the two-handed routine of the same name, where both hands do the two crack pattern to create an 'X' shape (hence crossover).

How To

  1. Do an Overhead Crack
  2. Follow through to set up for the reverse overhead crack
  3. Do a Reverse Overhead Crack.
  4. Follow through to set up for the overhead crack again
  5. Repeat
