Description

The Queensland Crossover (single-handed) is a two crack pattern consisting of an Overhead crack and a Overhead Reverse. This pattern gets its name from the two-handed routine of the same name, where both hands do the two crack pattern to create an 'X' shape (hence crossover).

  2. Follow through to set up for the next crack crack
  3. Do a Overhead Reverse or a Sidearm Flick.
