Queensland Crossover

Description

The Queensland Crossover (single-handed) is a two crack pattern consisting of an Overhead crack and a Overhead Reverse. This pattern gets its name from the two-handed routine of the same name, where both hands do the two crack pattern to create an 'X' shape (hence crossover).

How To

  1. Do an Overhead Crack
  2. Follow through to set up for the next crack crack
  3. Do a Overhead Reverse crack.

Adam Winrich describes this motion as a side arm flick, Justin Bereczki calls it an Overhead Reverse

  1. Follow through to set up for the first crack again
  2. Repeat
